Hello, we are GRACE HOUSE. This rambling two-story country home, nestled in a mountain hamlet in the town of Izu, offers the experience of Japanese countryside living. Enjoy barbecuing and lounging in the yard, taking walks along the forest roads, stargazing at night, or just chatting over a meal in the family room. The house is a 20 minute walk from a train station, 5 minute drive to the beach and close to countless attractions. For a refreshing family-style stay in the lap of nature, this property is ideal.

Features of Grace House
Grace house is ideal for families with children. It is spacious with plenty of room to run around. We also have children's tents and toys for them to enjoy during stay. The owner will give out candy during events..!
The perfect base for Izu fun♪
It is very conveniently located within a 20-minute drive to zoos and sightseeing such as Mt.Omuro, ShabotenPark, and GramparuPark. The nearest train station is within walking distance (20 minutes). The beach is 10 minutes away by car!
Spacious house can accommodate multiple families or 3 generations.
We have 4 private rooms, so multiple families or friends can stay in the house without any worries. In addition, rooms with Japanese-style bedding are also available for 3 generations traveling together.
BBQ/Sauna in the great outdoors.
A charcoal BBQ set and tent sauna are available. A holiday spent with a delicious meal and a comfortable sauna while listening to the birds' singing is the best!

4LDK includes 3 bed rooms and 1 tatami-room (Japanese traditional style room).
Lodging: Living and dining room with a spacious kitchen. Enjoy cooking and dining while watching your favorite shows or movies on the large flat-screen television equipped with Apple TV.
Bedrooms: Four rooms in total, two Japanese-style rooms with tatami, and two western-style rooms. The second-floor tatami room has a twin, while the western-style ones have one semi-double bed and one single bed respectively. The first-floor tatami room has a set of four futons for a comfortable rest in a traditional Japanese space.
Workspace: The tatami room on the first floor has a spacious desk for remote work, providing a quiet environment where you can concentrate.

【Precautions】
-Insects: Since the house is in the middle of nature, several insects can appear. Even though we have taken the possible measures, depending on the reproduction season, or the rainy days, the number of insects may increase. We apologize if you are startled by them.
-BBQ:Guests who want to use the outdoor BBQ grill must bring their own charcoal. Only use the grill in the designated area. The outdoor BBQ grill area can be used up until 20:00. A large hotplate is available for indoors BBQ.
-Doggies:Up to 3 dogs are ok! Please bring your dog beds and refrain from using the Japanese style rooms.
-Collaboration request for environmental considerations:
The surroundings are a quiet residential area. It’s forbidden to make noise after 20:00. There are no disposable amenities such as toothbrush or face lotion. Also, we request you to bring your own seasonings and cooking oil.
-Wild cats live in the neighborhood. They are friendly and cute but, we will appreciate your collaboration in not letting them inside the house.

Q: What are the prices and the different plans?
A: There is only one plan available for the whole house. Rates vary depending on the time of year, so please select the dates you want to stay in the calendar for more information.
Q: What are the child and pet fees?
A: Children 6 years old and younger sleep free in an adult's bed. 7 to 12 years old are subject to a child charge. Please indicate the number of children on the calendar. Pet fee is a flat rate of 3,000 yen (per stay). Please select from the optional extras section of reservation form.
Q: Any important information about check-in/out?
A:Check-in time: 15:00~
Check-out time: 10:00
We want our guests to enjoy their private time to the fullest, so we offer check-in as unattended. (We are using self check-in online system) Although we try to provide enough detailed information by our mailings and House Guide, if you have any problems or concerns, please feel free to contact us via Email. We will send you information on how to check-in and the guest list 3 days prior to your stay. Please kindly note that.
Q: What facilities are provided?
A：Wifi, air conditioner, set of cooking utensils, set of tableware, kettle, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, gas BBQ stove (net, griddle), pot set, Apple TV, sauna (extra charge, on-site), washing machine, laundry detergent, iron, ironing board, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer.
For environmental reasons, the hotel does not provide toothbrushes. We also do not provide condiments.
If you will use the outdoor BBQ stove, please kindly bring your own commercially available charcoal and ignitor. Thank you for your cooperation.

Q: Cancel policy details?
A: The cancellation policy is as follows

~29 days prior to cancellation : Free of charge
28 days to 7 days prior to check-in date : 50% of total accommodation charge
6 days prior to the check-in date : 100% of total accommodation charge
No show strictly be prohibited. (100% of total accommodation charge and extra fee will be charged)
Q: How many cars can be parked in the parking lot?
A: There is free parking for two cars.
Q: How can I get to the house without a car?
A :There is no public transportation, so you will need to call a cab. The fare will be around 1,000 yen. It is recommended that you make a reservation in advance, as cabs may not always be available. You can also walk from nearest station "Izuokawa station" of Izukyu-line. The path goes uphill, so walk if you have enough energy!
