▶︎予約条件・注意事項
・ご利用される方は、こちらのドキュメントの内容全てにご同意いただいたものとみなします。
● 公式サイト： ご予約より48時間以内であれば、キャンセルポリシーに関係なくキャンセル料は無料です。ただし、クレジットカード決済手数料の3.6%がかかります。

その他OTAサイトでご予約の方は、OTAサイトに記載のポリシーの則ることとします。
▶︎宿泊者情報の提出
チェックイン１週間前に宿泊者名簿のリンクをご連絡します。
全員分の宿泊者情報(氏名、住所、年齢、職業、性別)の提出が必須となっております。外国籍の方は、国籍、代表者の身分証明書(顔写真付)の提出も必要です。ご提出いただけない場合はご利用いただけません。
▶︎宿泊人数の変更について
ご宿泊人数についてはチェックイン時に確認がございますので、人数追加を希望される方は必ずご連絡下さい。
▶︎宿泊人数の詐称
人数の詐称が判明した場合は違約金（追加が判明した人数の宿泊費×1.5)が発生します。
▶︎禁煙
玄関前の指定エリアでのみ喫煙可能ですが、それ以外は全館禁煙です。
▶︎騒音について
騒音は禁止です。パーティーやイベントも禁止です。屋外での大音量の音楽や大声でのお話はご遠慮ください。騒音防止のため、屋外での BBQ は 20時頃までに終了し、その後は室内でお楽しみください。室内BBQ用の大型ホットプレートをご用意しております）
▶︎ペット
ワンちゃんは3匹までご同伴いただけます。1回につき 4000 円申し受けます。ベットや布団などの寝具は人間専用です。わんちゃんのご利用はお控え下さい。
▶︎野良猫がいます
地域には野良猫がおります。餌をあげたり、触ったりはしないようにお願いいたします。お家にあげることもご遠慮ください。
▶︎BBQ
BBQ コンロ(炭火)は屋外の指定の場所でご使用ください。利用をご希望の方は炭をご持参ください。室内BBQ専用のホットプレートをご用意しておりますので、室内ではそちらをご利用ください
花火、焚火などの火気使用は禁止です。炭火及びキャンドルの利用には、注意事項に留意して事故や怪我の無いよう十分にご注意ください。
▶︎虫について
当館は自然の中にあるお宿のため、雨や天候などの自然状況により大量に虫が発生する場合があります。大変申し訳ございませんが、予めご了承下さい。室内エントランスに殺虫剤をご用意しておりますのでお使いください。
▶︎利用目的について
宿泊以外の利用は原則禁止です。撮影利用などの場合は事前にお問合せ下さい。
▶︎外出、退館時の確認
外出・退館の際には、戶締り、消灯、エアコン等の電源をお切りください。盗難等が発生した場合も、弊社は一切の責任を負いません。
▶︎駐車場について
2台まで駐車できます。駐車場については指定の場所に２台まで無料で停めていただけます。他の場所への無断駐車は禁止です。
▶︎お支払いについて
オンライン事前決済または、事前口座振り込みにてお願い致します。（公式サイトからご予約の場合のみ。その他OTAサイトでご予約の方はそちらに記載のポリシーに則ることとします。）
公式サイト：銀行振込の場合は振込手数料、クレジットご希望の際は手数料3.6%、返金の場合も各種手数料はお客様負担となります。予約確定後の人数変更にかかる事務手数料300円〜600円/回がかかります。（内訳：リネン発注変更、システム変更、振込確認など発生のため。変更される人数により変動。）
キャンセル料は以下の通り頂戴いたします。
28 日前〜7日前 : 宿泊料金の 50 %
6 日前〜当日 : 宿泊料金の 100 %
（公式サイトからご予約の場合のみ。その他OTAサイトでご予約の方はそちらに記載のポリシーに則ることとします。）
返金の場合は決済手数料を引いた額をご返金となります。

不泊については以下の通り頂戴いたします。
宿泊料金の 100 %
▶︎その他 万一ハウスルールやご利用規約を遵守いただけなかった場合や、備品や設備の破壊が確認されたにも関わらずご連絡いただけない場合は、違約金および修繕/補償に掛かる費用を申し受けます。状況により、即刻ご退館いただく場合もございますので、ご理解ご協力のほどお願い申し上げます。

▶︎ Booking conditions and precautions
By using this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions
• Official Web site: If the cancellation is made within 48 hours after booking, it will be charge free regardless of the cancellation policy. ▶︎ Submitting guest information
The link to the guests list will be sent one week before check in.It’s required to send all guests information (name, address, age, occupation, gender). Guests from overseas must submit nationality and ID card with photo. You can’t use the premises otherwise.
▶︎ Changing the number of guests
Since the number of guests is confirmed at the time of check in, please be sure to contact us if you wish to add more guests.
▶︎ Unauthorized number of guests
A penalty will be charged in case of unauthorized additional guests, (1.5 times the accommodation fee for the additional guests).
▶︎ No smoking allowed
Smoking is not allowed outside the designated area at the entrance.
▶︎ Noise
Making noise is not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed. Please refrain from playing loud music or talking loudly outside the house.
To prevent noise pollution, BBQ outdoors is only allowed until 20:00, afterwards please, enjoy your time indoors.
▶︎ Pets
Up to three dogs are allowed. An amount of 4000 yen will be charged. Beds and futon are for humans only. Please do not let the dogs use them.
▶︎ There are feral cats in the area
There are stray cats in the area. Please do not feed or touch them. Please do not give them a home.
▶︎BBQ
Please use the BBQ grill in the designated outdoor area. Guests wishing to use the BBQ must bring their own charcoal. There are hot plates available, please use them indoors.
▶︎Fire hazard
Fireworks, bonfires or any kind of fire is not allowed. While using the provided candles and charcoal, please be careful to avoid accidents and injuries.
▶︎ Regarding insects
Since our house is situated in the middle of nature, there may be large quantities of insects depending on the rain or weather conditions. We are sorry for the inconvenience, please use the insecticide placed at the entrance.
▶︎ Purpose of use
Any use other tan lodging is not allowed. For photography use and the like, please inquire beforehand.
▶︎ When going out or leaving the house
When leaving the house, please make sure to close the doors, turn off the lights and the AC. We cannot take responsibility for stolen objects our such other incident.
▶︎ Parking
There’s space for up to 2 vehicles. You can park free of charge in the designated area. It’s strictly prohibited to park in any other area.
▶︎About payment
Please pay in advance by bank transfer or by online payment. (Only available when booking by the official webpage. When using other OTA websites, their policies will apply)
Official webpage: Bank transfer fee will apply, if you wish to pay with credit card, a 3.6% fee will apply. In the case of a refund, the guest will be responsible for any fees. If you change the number of people after the reservation is confirmed, an administrative fee of 300 to 600 yen will be charged per change. (Breakdown: change of linen order, system changes, transfer confirmation etc. Will vary depending on the number of guests added)
Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
28 to 7 days before: 50% of accommodation fee
6 days to booking day: 100% accommodation fee
(Only available when booking by the official webpage. When using other OTA websites, their policies will apply)In the case of a refund, the amount will be refunded minus the transaction fee.
▶︎ Not showing up without notice
In the case of not showing up it will be charged as follows:
100% of the accommodation fee.
▶︎ In the unlikely event that you do not comply with house rules, or that equipment and fixtures are destroyed without informing us, penalties and repair compensation will be charged. Depending on the conditions, you may be asked to leave immediately.
